Well, I guess I should call them Molasses-Ginger Chews…since they have ginger in them, too. Whatever you want to call them, they’re wonderful chewy cookies…get them before they’re gone on Wednesday!
By the way, the banana bread with the coconut-cinnamon topping was a huge success — it will return.
