Sorry if you came in for blueberry bread today and it was gone already. Someone came in and literally bought all of it at once. Hm. Perhaps next time I should make two loaves.
Thursday’s treat will be vanilla butter cake with a double-chocolate ganache. Divine.

Sorry for the lack of cakes and cookies this week and last weekend…my a/c is on the fritz, and turning on a convection oven during a heatwave is just foul. So as soon as it’s fixed, I will be back to baking…I promise.

Starting tomorrow, I will be open at 6:30 AM and not 7:30. Weekend hours will stay the same.
